Capacity Building for CMA and CMC (Cambodian Midwives Association & Midwives Council)

UNFPA Cambodia Country Office hereby solicits proposals for the support of institutional development and capacity building of the Cambodian Midwives Association (CMA) and Cambodian Midwives Council (CMC). The main tasks and outputs detailed in the Terms of Reference. 

The work shall be performed closely with and report to the Presidents of the CMA and CMC. During the course of the assignment, the institutional development/capacity building organization will also be expected to work with relevant government staff, partners and stakeholders. For contractual purposes, the organization will report to UNFPA. The proposed working period is September 2009 – March 2010.

Please submit your completed (technical and financial) proposals in sealed envelops to UNFPA Cambodia Country Office by 27 July 2009, 1000 hours local time. The technical proposal will be publicly opened at 1030 hours on the same day in the presence of the Bidders or their representative at UNFPA Conference Room. The sealed envelope shall clearly marked “Proposals for RFP No.008/09 (KHM), not to be opened by registry”.
