The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to Request for Proposal RFP 1219-16 (IPCC) for the provision of of Short Animations and Videos that will explain the role of the IPCC, how it works and also describe what is involved in being an IPCC author. These products are intended to raise awareness of the IPCC and help it recruit authors to prepare its forthcoming reports as it starts a new assessment cycle.
