L’OMPI a le plaisir de vous inviter à soumettre une proposition en réponse à l’invitation à soumissionner (ITB) n° PID/17/016/ITB portant sur la sélection d’une société spécialisée pour des travaux d’installations sanitaires pour :
a) le projet de rénovation de l’Unité médicale (Chapitre I), à réaliser en 2017 ; et,
b) les travaux d’installations sanitaires courants réalisés dans le cadre de la maintenance régulière de nos bâtiments (Chapitre II).
Les délais suivants sont applicables aux fins de la présente invitation à soumissionner :
- Visite obligatoire : le 2 mars 2017 à 14 heures (heure d’Europe centrale) ;
- Date limite pour la soumission des demandes de renseignements d’ordre techniques, commerciaux ou juridiques : 3 mars 2017 avant 16 heures (heure d’Europe centrale) ; et,
- Date limite pour la soumission des propositions : 13 mars 2017 avant 16 heures (heure d’Europe centrale).
Les travaux faisant l'objet de cette invitation à soumissionner sont à réaliser dans les locaux du siège de l'OMPI à Genève (Suisse) et les plans seront remis lors de la visite obligatoire des lieux, conformément aux indications du paragraphe 21 de la lettre d'invitation.
