The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies/individuals to submit proposals to conduct an Evaluation of the Networks of Mediterranean Youth (NET-MED Youth) Project.
The time schedule for the evaluation is planned between May 2018 – October 2018. The evaluation team leader should possess the following profile:
At least 15 years of professional experience in designing and leading programme and policy evaluations
Extensive experience in managing evaluation teams
Proven advanced knowledge of the international research/studies in the field of youth
An advanced university degree (PhD preferred) in the field of social sciences, public policy or related field
Excellent oral communication and writing skills in English
Excellent communication skills in either French or Arabic
Knowledge of the UN system and other international organisations
No previous involvement in the design or implementation of the project under review
