Description
The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) Women in Humanitarian Leadership Programme (WIHLP) aims to promote leadership development of senior women leaders in the organization. The initiative supports gender equality as an OCHA learning priority and fully aligns with the wider UN gender parity agenda. This programme builds upon a successful pilot carried out in 2019 and is comprised of three components:

1. two (2) assessments (360 degree and motivational self-assessment), feedback and coaching

2. an on-site five (5) day skills building workshop

3. follow-up coaching

The target audience for the training will be senior OCHA women staff from PS and upwards. In order to successfully implement the delivery of the programme, OCHA is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from firms specializing in women and leadership development in the humanitarian context. Vendors should have an existing roster of facilitators and coaches. The expected start date of the contract is Q4 2019.
