Short-term consultant on legal issues on the definition/establishment of pilot leskhozes borders

(part-time)

Qualification requirements

  • Higher education in law;
  • At least 5 years of general experience in land registration, land management, cadaster, land inventory, etc.; 
  • Experience in resolving land issues/disputes;  
  • Experience in working with government agencies and international development projects, experience in compiling analytical reports;
  • Experience in conducting seminars and consultations for an adult audience;
  • Experience in the development and lobbying of draft legal acts to the appropriate levels preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Excellent knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages and computer literacy. 

Duration of the contract

The duration of the contract is 60 days within 6 months.
