Request for Expressions of Interest
The Ministry of Finance, Royal Government of Bhutan has obtained a grant titled Bhutan Multi Donor Fund on Public Financial Management (PFM-MDF) (P162196) and intends to apply the grant proceeds from its component for the following services:
“Consultancy Services for strengthening the Information Technology Management for GST Project Office, Department of Revenue and Customs”
The Department of Revenue and Customs under the Ministry of Finance, the Royal Government of Bhutan now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services as stated in Term of Reference. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures for selection of individual consultant as set out in the World Bank's New Procurement Framework dated July 2016 revised August 2018: Interested Consultant may submit "Expression of Interest" via email or in a sealed envelope clearly superscripted as Expression of Interest for “Consultancy Services for Information Technology Management for GST Project Office, Department of Revenue and Customs” and may obtain further information about the services, procedures for submitting the EOI etc. from the contact address given below.
The services are expected to be rendered for 80 days during a period of one year, which is subject to renewal based on the performance of the selected consultant. A Terms of Reference(TOR) and a copy of EOI is also available on the MoF website (www.mof.gov.bt) for your kind reference.
Please note that the EOIs should include, besides CV, a cover note with, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, and a summary of an individual's capability, availability of appropriate skills and any other relevant information. Kindly provide information (including financial proposals) in the attached format. Any information not added in the format shall be considered as not applicable/available.
