  1. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development in Kosovo has received

financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agriculture and Rural Development Project (KARDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for

 

Purchase of Wheel Excavator with a backhoe loader for maintenance of Radoniqi-Dukagjini Irrigation Scheme

 

 2. The ARDP now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Purchase of the following:

Wheel Excavator and backhoe loader for Radoniqi - Dukagjini Irrigation Scheme

The delivery period is maximum 120 days after contract signature.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 2011, revised July 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines, and it is opened to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the bidding documentation.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the Agriculture and Rural Development Project (KARDP) at the address stated at the end of document during office hours, i.e. 08:00 to 16:00 hours;

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained free of charge by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the e-mail address below.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before by 11:00 hours, February 08, 2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.

Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below:
