The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit a quotation for the provision of Venue for Cascade Surveillance Training by PHD/OD to HFs in Kampong Speu Province, which will be conducted from 22nd March to 24th March 2021 and from 01st April - 03rd April 2021, in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Summary of Required Venues are as below:
Group 1 - Venue for Conducting Cascade Surveillance Taining by PHD/OD to HFs in Kampong Speu Province from 22nd March to 24th March 2021
Group 2 - Venue for Conducting Cascade Surveillance Training by PHD/OD to HFs in Kampong Speu Province from 01st April to 03rd April 2021

Remark:
(i). Evaluation Criteria: Evaluation will be done in a package
(ii). Women-owned companies are encouraged to submit quotation
