Description

Cette sollicitation de manifestations d'intérêt fait suite à l'avis général de passation des marchés de ce projet publié dans le DG MARKET du 25/10/2010. Au niveau local dans le quotidien « le soleil » du 26/01/ 2011. Le Gouvernement de la République du Sénégal a sollicité un crédit de l'Association internationale de développement (IDA), et a l'intention d'utiliser une partie du montant de ce crédit pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat suivant : Etudes architecturales et suivi des travaux suivants pour le compte de l'université Gaston Berger de Saint Louis : Construction UFR sciences de l'éducation et sports : Salles de cours, amphithéâtres, Locaux administratifs, équipements. Les services comprennent : un avant projet sommaire, un avant projet détaillé, la confection des dossiers d'appels d'offres, l'appui à l'évaluation des offres et le suivi des travaux. La Direction Générale de la Construction des Bâtiments et Edifices Publics (DGCBEP) invite les candidats admissibles à manifester leur intérêt à fournir les services décrits ci-dessus. Les consultants (firmes) intéressés doivent fournir les informations indiquant qu'ils sont qualifiés pour exécuter les services (brochures, références concernant l'exécution de contrats analogues, expérience dans des conditions semblables, disponibilité des connaissances nécessaires parmi le personnel, etc. ). Les consultants peuvent s'associer pour renforcer leurs compétences respectives. Un consultant sera sélectionné en accord avec les procédures définies dans les Directives: Sélection et Emploi de Consultants par les Emprunteurs de la Banque Mondiale, édition de Mai 2004, mise à jour en Octobre 2006 et Mai 2010.
