The Kyrgyz Republic has received a grant from the International Donor Community toward the cost of Health and Social protection SWAp project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under Contract for the Procurement of Medical equipment for resuscitation units of hospitals for children (RCIH, NCM&CHP, Emergency Health Service of CHC, Osh inter-oblast hospital for children, resuscitation units for children of OMHs) (Contract No. 2011-G-7). 3. The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for supply of Medical equipment for resuscitation units of hospitals for children (RCIH, NCM&CHP, Emergency Health Service of CHC, Osh inter-oblast hospital for children, resuscitation units for children of OMHs). Description of separate lots is provided below: Lot I. Neonatal ventilator Lot II. Neonatal Bedside Monitor, colored Bidders can bid for one or more lots. Bidders shall prepare and submit bids for each lot separately. Bids for each lot will be evaluated separately and a contract awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder for each lot separately. 4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines. 5. Qualifications requirements include: (a) Experience and Technical Capacity: At least 3 successfully executed contracts for the supply of similar goods as main supplier during the last 5 years. The Bidder shall demonstrate own or Agent's capacity to provide the after-sales services in the Purchaser's country. (b) The manufacturer(s) of the Goods offered shall have experience in manufacturing similar type of goods for not less than last five (5) years. A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically shall not be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. 7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of 100 USD or an equivalent amount in Kyrgyz Soms or EUR at the exchange rate of National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic as on the date of payment.
