Description
The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for the supply and installation of new heat pump systems at up to four residences at the Powers Ranger Station. The base items include 3 residences and there will also be an optional item for one additional residence.

The Government’s estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000 (including optional item). Estimated start work date is 1 August 2021. Contract completion date will be 15 November 2021.

Solicitation will be available for download from www.sam.gov on or about 6/11/21.

NOTE: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base when submitting an offer, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of a contract resulting from this solicitation.
