UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

UIS’ ultimate goal is to identify and provide a comprehensive Item Bank platform that will be royalty-free and designed to meet the varying needs of educators, administrators, and policymakers related to the development, delivery, scoring, and reporting of assessments in reading and mathematics. UIS’ purpose for procuring an item bank platform is to gather data on student reading and math performance and to be able to compare that performance across and within Member States.
