Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation to solicit and award a firm fixed price (FFP) stand-alone Purchase Order for commercial services that utilize FAR Subpart 12.6 streamlined commercial item procedures in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13 simplified acquisition procedures for OHV Trail Assessment (60 Miles) for Wakulla Ranger District, Florida. 

The Contractor shall furnish equipment, materials, tools, labor, transportation, and supervision to provide OHV Trail Assessment for Wakulla Ranger District, FL in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and attached Map. 

The basis for award is Relative Experience/Past Performance and Price Reasonableness.  To be awarded this contract, Contractors MUST be active in SAM at the time solicitations are due as prescribed in FAR 52.204-7.

This solicitation is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. 

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code associated with this procurement is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry $8.00Mil and the Primary Service Code (PSC) is F099 Natural Resources/Conservation- Other.

The Period of Performance (PoP) is 120 days from date of award, with an estimated start date of 30 August 2021.

Although a group Site Visit is not scheduled due to COVID protocol, if you need to see the site(s) the POC is the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Tiffanie Kendrick and can be reached via e-mail Tiffanie.Kendrick@usda.gov.  You must contact Ms. Kendrick NLT 3 August 2021.
