ODRA-VISTULA FLOOD MANAGEMENT PROJECT

Loan No. IBRD 8524-PL 

Contract Title: „ Provision of land surveying equipment”

Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): Contract OVFMP 4A.1.6

The Republic of Poland has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Odra-Vistula Flood Management Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for „ Provision of land surveying equipment”

The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management - National Research Institute now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

Task description:

The OVFMP 4A.1.6 contract covers the following supply of the following equipment:

1) Electronic Tachymeter with complete accessories - 11 sets,

2) Robotical Tachymeter - one-man workstation with a controller and a set of accessories - 5 sets,

3) RTN/RTK multi-channel GNSS receiver with controller and set of accessories and access to RTN correction data - 27 sets,

4) A technical  digital level with a set of accessories - 24 sets,

5) Cable and pipe detector with a signal generator - 8 sets,

6) Inspection drone with camera - 5 sets.

The investment will be implemented in Poland.

Time to finish:

Earliest Delivery Date: no more than 80 days from the date of effectiveness of the Contract

Latest Delivery Date: no more than 120 days from the date of effectiveness of the Contract

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011, revised July 2014 (“Procurement Guidelines”),  and it is open to all eligible bidders, as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to sections 1.6 and 1.7, which present the World Bank's policy on conflicts of interest.

Interested eligible bidders may receive a set of bidding documents in Polish and/ or English, including:

• all paper documentation will be sent immediately after receiving the application to the postal address indicated by the Tenderer in the application by courier,

Along with the paper copy or documentation only in electronic version, the editable version
of Section VII - Offer forms (in WORD DOC format) will also be provided.  In case
of discrepancies, the paper version prevails.

The set of Bidding Documents in paper version will be sent by courier. Bidders will also bear the cost of courier delivery (on delivery) to the address provided.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on 02.12.2021 by 11:00. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below

All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security”.

The amount of the bid security shall be:

PLN 40 000

Note: Instead of a bid security (bank guarantee), the bidder may secure his bid by paying the required amount, by bank transfer to the bank account of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management National Research Institute at Bank PEKAO SA, account number: 16 1240 6973 1111 0010 9579 4346. In the title of the transfer, please indicate that it is a security bid in a contract with reference OVFMP 4A.1.6 - World Bank. The amount of the security should be transferred to the above-mentioned bank account before the deadline for submitting bids.
