Description: Open call for the launch of a new procurement procedure with a view to concluding a new service Framework Contract with indicative total budget of max. EUR 12 000 000 for the four years of implementation, in succession of the current FWC that expires in October 2022. The purpose of the contract will be to provide support in evaluation and impact assessment related activities in areas of competence of DG EAC and including education and training, culture, youth, sport, research and innovation.
