The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:

CITY, STATE: Milford, NH

DELINEATED AREA: 

North: Emerson Road

East: Ponemah Hill Road

South: Hood Road

West: Route 13

SPACE TYPE(S): Office and Retail Space

MINIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 1,200 ABOA

MAXIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 1,200 ABOA

MAXIMUM SQ. FT. (RSF): Not to Exceed 1,380 RSF

RESERVED PARKING SPACES (TOTAL): The greater of local code or three (3) spaces
