EUROPEAN PROFILES S.A. (GR) will participate as leader in bidding for the following World Bank Request for Proposal:

Consulting services for IT Skills Development and Capacity Building

Objective

This assignment aims to enhance IT competencies and soft skills among young people across Uzbekistan by delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training programs. The Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT skills development courses that align with international standards and labor market needs.

The company must have a team of key experts:

• Project manager - 1
• Methodology expert for IT courses - 4
• Education manager (one for each of the technical areas) - 4,
• Online education manager - 1

The Consultant must provide a staffing plan with names, roles, and CVs for the core project team as part of the proposal.

 

Online Education Manager

Key responsibilities

• This role focuses on facilitating online learning experiences by adapting content, providing comprehensive student support to optimize online learning outcomes, and managing the aspects of program implementation to promote accessibility and inclusivity under the UDI project Subcomponent 1.1.
• Providing guidance and support to students, helping them navigate online platforms and access resources effectively;
• Implementing strategies to foster engagement and participation among students in online training sessions.
• Monitoring students' progress and participation through online tools and platforms, identifying areas for improvement;
• Gathering and analyzing feedback to evaluate the impact of training programs;
• Creating mechanisms for collecting feedback from students to ensure continuous improvement of online education processes;
• Ensuring that all training materials and platforms are accessible and user-friendly for all students, including those with disabilities;
• Maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders to address concerns and ensure program alignment;
• Developing regular reports on program implementation, outcomes, and student feedback to share with stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in education, project management, IT, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in online education management, particularly with vulnerable populations;
• A strong understanding of online learning technologies and platforms to track student progress, manage assessments, and facilitate communication.
• The ability to identify and resolve technical and academic challenges that may arise in online learning environments.
• Fluency in the Uzbek language, knowledge of English, and Russian will be an advantage.
• Experience in coordinating online education projects;
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data related to student performance, course effectiveness, and program outcomes;
