Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the LFA team to deliver high-quality oversight and reporting for Global Fund grants.
  • Oversee the design, management, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programmes.
  • Ensure effective engagement with stakeholders, donors, and international development agencies.
  • Coordinate multiple complex projects to achieve program objectives and timelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., ACCA, CPA, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in the design, management, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programmes, particularly in HIV/AIDS, TB, and/or Malaria.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with donors and international development agencies, including substantial experience in West Africa.
  • Prior experience with the Global Fund and other major development programmes in multiple countries is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-project environments to deliver results on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior officials and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both English and French.
