Landscaping Expert

We are pursuing an opportunity for 3 road sections in Bihar, to be delivered in 2 phases (Part A: Development and Pre-Construction Activities, Part B: Construction Activities) for 3 sections. The engagement scope involves

• Phase I: DPR Monitoring, Project Structuring, Financing, Transaction Support and Bid Process Management
• Phase II: Technical Advisory, Planning and Monitoring, Cost and Budget Control, Contract Administration and Claims Assessment/ Support, Disputes, etc.

We are looking for an expert with the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture / Horticulture or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in landscape planning, plantation design, median & avenue plantation, urban landscaping, beautification, and environmental enhancement works for highway/road/infrastructure projects
• Experience in at least 2 highway/urban infrastructure projects (preferably under NHAI/MoRTH/State PWD/PPP projects)
