IGAD Promoting Peace and Security in the Horn of Africa Region (IPPSHAR): Final Evaluation

The Austrian Development Agency (ADA) intends to conclude a service contract to take on a Final Evaluation of the IGAD Promoting Peace and Stability in the Horn of Africa Region (IPPSHAR) Project. The services to be performed and the results/outputs to be achieved under this service contract are summarized in the Terms of Reference below.
