Consultant(e) national(e) screening environnemental du projet de développement rural intégré de la plaine de Mô – Phase 2

Objectives: The overall objective is to assess the potential environmental impacts of the second phase of the Mô Plain Integrated Rural Development Project in Togo. The task includes developing an environmental and social action plan to ensure the project's sustainability. The consultant will work closely with UNDP to define applicable environmental and social management rules for the project, establish an organizational structure with assigned responsibilities, determine institutional strengthening needs, and outline the human and material resources required for environmental evaluation processes. Deliverables include frameworks for environmental and social management, population resettlement, pesticide and pest management, and terms of reference for required impact studies.
