Ejecutar los servicios orientados a la implementación de medidas de eficiencia energética en edificaciones del sector oficial de la región Caribe colombiana (RCC) que se deriven de las auditorías energéticas

Eligibility criteria: Eligible bidders are invited to submit closed bids to execute the services targeting the implementation of energy efficiency measures. The tender is open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Policies for the Procurement of Goods and Works funded by the Inter-American Development Bank GN-2349-15, approved in July 2019. Interested eligible bidders can obtain additional information from the Non-Conventional Energies Fund and Efficient Energy Management (FENOGE) and the Program Coordinating Unit via email at adquisicionesbid@fenoge.gov.co. Bidders must meet eligibility requirements, including legal capacity, financial capacity, and technical capacity. Detailed qualifications requirements can be found in the bidding document, and the Most Advantageous Bid method will be used. Bids must be submitted physically with a virtual option to adquisicionesbid@fenoge.gov.co by 14:00 (Colombian local time) on July 16, 2025. Late bids will be rejected, and the opening of bids will be held in a virtual bid presentation meeting. All bids must include the 'Bid Maintenance Declaration' form.
