Description

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (“the CCCCC”) has received financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the purpose of implementing the project “The Road to Resilient (R2R) Fisheries- Adopting Ecosystems-Based Adaptation in Four CARICOM Member States- Project Preparation Facility (PPF) Project” and intends to apply a part of the proceeds towards payments for the Contract “Consultancy to Conduct Project Preparation Studies” - Contract #70/2026/R2R/GCF/CCCCC.

The overarching objective of this consultancy is to undertake the studies required to fully develop the R2R Fisheries Programme. The various studies to be developed will form part of the programme’s funding proposal package to the GCF. All studies should align with relevant GCF guidelines , the CCCCC’s accreditation credentials to the GCF and its policies , as well as any pertinent international, regional, and local legislation, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
