Transparency, Integrity and Accountability Programme (TIP) is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and is cofinanced by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). TIP is inviting service providers to submit proposals Short-Term Expert team to conduct a scoping and capacity needs assessment for data analysts and relevant data users at SIU, OCPO, Corruption Watch (CW), the International Budget Partnership (IBP) and the Office of the Public Protector.
