The Ministry of Finance (MOF), through its Central Executing Unit (CEU), intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of the Technical Cooperation to engage the contractual services of a Data Systems Manager for the CEU.

The MOF invites suitably qualified individuals to access the full versions of the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) and Terms of Reference at https://procurement.gov.bz/mof-ceu-request-for-expressions-of-interest-data-systems-manager-ceu-personnel-bl-t1171-p00007-mof-ceu-2026/ , and to submit their application package in accordance with the instructions provided in the full version of the REOI. Eligibility is open to individuals from IDB member countries, EU member countries, and from EU non-member countries that are eligible to be hired with EU funds as established in the current Practical Guide to procurement and grant award procedures for European Union external actions (PRAG). Candidates must be legally able to work in Belize for the duration of the assignment.
