2.   La Secretaría de Integración Económica Centroamericana -SIECA-  ejecuta la Cooperación Técnica No Reembolsable : ATN/ER-16366-RG, Proyecto de Apoyo al Diseño e Implementación de la Plataforma Digital de Comercio Centroamericana -PDCC-, fondos otorgados por la Unión Europea, administrados por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), para el  Proyecto de Apoyo al Diseño e Implementación de la Plataforma Digital de Comercio Centroamericana (PDCC y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos para para efectuar los pagos del Contrato producto de esta Licitación que se regirá por las normas y procedimientos de elegibilidad del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo.

3.    La Secretaría de Integración Económica Centroamericana -SIECA- invita a los Oferentes elegibles a presentar ofertas selladas para la adquisición de equipo tecnológico para las instituciones de los seis países beneficiarios del proyecto.

4.    La licitación se efectuará conforme a los procedimientos de Licitación Pública Internacional (ICB) establecidos en la publicación del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo titulada Políticas para la Adquisición de Obras y Bienes financiados por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, y está abierta a todos los Oferentes de países elegibles, según se definen en dichas normas.

5.    Los Oferentes elegibles que estén interesados podrán obtener información adicional de: la Secretaría de Integración Económica Centroamericana -SIECA- dirigiéndose a Ericka Hernández Méndez, Especialista de Adquisiciones de la PDCC, a través del correo adquisicionespdcc@sieca.int con copia a ehernandez@sieca.int.

6.    Los requisitos de calificaciones incluyen capacidad financiera, experiencia y capacidad técnica, cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas y No se otorgará un Margen de Preferencia a contratistas nacionales elegibles. Mayores detalles se proporcionan en los Documentos de Licitación.

7.    Las ofertas deberán hacerse llegar a la dirección indicada abajo a más tardar a las 14:30 horas del 22 de junio de 2020. Ofertas electrónicas No serán permitidas. Las ofertas que se reciban fuera de plazo serán rechazadas. Las ofertas se abrirán en presencia de los representantes de los Oferentes que deseen asistir en persona o en-línea en la dirección indicada al final de este Llamado, a 15:00 horas del 22 de junio de 2020. Todas las ofertas deberán estar acompañadas de una Declaración de Mantenimiento de la Oferta.
