Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

(1) Action Code. R – Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services

(2) Subject. Dolores RD FY21 Fire Pine Class III Cultural Resources Inventory

(3) Description. The USDA Forest Service San Juan National Forest has a contract for Class III intensive inventories CO-SHPO standards for survey areas identified in this contract covering approximately 2,185 acres.

(4) Synopsis Period. 3 June 2021 through 25 June 2021

(10) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period anticipated from 3 June 2021 – 25 June 2021. All solicitation documents will be posted to Beta.SAM under the solicitation number at item 9.

(11) Site Visit. Not Anticipated for this project.

(12) Pre-proposal Conference. Not anticipated for this project. Interested offerors may contact the Forest Service contacts listed below with questions at 20i, below.

(14) Place of Contract Performance. This is work is located in multiple areas throughout Montezuma and Dolores Counties. Geographic locations, also available in the map in Section D, Attachments and Section B.3 of the solicitation terms.

(15) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Single-Award, Stand-Alone Contract

(16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The contract period is 490 calendar days after the NTP effective date. Anticipated period is 7 July 2021 through 31 October 2022.

(17) Contract Award Date. On or about 2 July 2021.

(18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items.

(19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for single award. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 to receive award. To register, go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1.

(20) Additional Information.

(20i) Cutoff for Questions and Answers. The cutoff for questions pertaining to this solicitation is Wednesday, 23 June 2021 NLT 1300 MT. Questions must be submitted via email to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. All inquiries must include the solicitation number in the subject of the email. The Government will not be held responsible if questions are missed due to failure to comply.

(20ii) Proposal Submission. Proposals are due Friday, 25 June 2021 by 1400 MT. Proposal submissions must include the solicitation number in the subject of the email(s) and contractor name.

a. Read the solicitation carefully and ensure that proposals include all documents specified in Section E, Instructions to Offerors.

b. Ensure all questions have been addressed prior to proposal submission. Reference the cutoff date for questions under item 20i.
