Established in 2022, our Kenya office builds on over 13 years of experience from Shaqodoon Organization our founding entity working across the Horn of Africa to enhance youth and women’s employability through practical, market-driven solutions.

We work across Kenya to equip youth with in-demand skills through programs in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, vocational training, and job placement. Our market-driven approach ensures training is aligned with real job market needs connecting young people to employment, internships, and self-employment opportunities. For potential collaboration in Somalia or Somaliland, we can connect you with Shaqodoon Organization active since 2011 and a recognized leader in youth development across fragile environments.
