Twenty years of experience in humanitarian and development programs. Of which the last eight years were in Polio Surveillance and Strengthening Routine Immunization in Pakistan, South Sudan, and Ethiopia. I studied statistics in the first degree followed by Public Health second degree. My expertise and experience helped me to contribute and deliver quality work in data collection, management, data analysis (following statistical procedures), epidemiology, biostatistics, research, and M&E in general for different projects. I am well experienced in Polio surveillance - health facility and community-based surveillance, outbreak investigation, Polio campaign. Conducted different surveys - collected data using mobile applications including ODK and survey CTO, analyzed survey and project data using R, SPSS, STATA, and Epi Info software, and conducted correlation, bivariate, multivariate, and regression statistical methods of analysis. Conducted baseline assessment (situational analysis), midterm and end line reviews and evaluations, calculated prevalence and coverage for immunization, surveys, and SIAs (SNIDs and NIDs). Developed various tools and databases for Polio Campaign, Polio surveillance, and Routine Immunization program in Excel, Access, and Epi Info. Fostered Campaign, AFP surveillance, and routine immunization data collection, analysis, and data use for action and facilitated informed decision-making. Provided statistical data analysis, visualization (using Tableau and Power BI), and M&E training to data collectors, analysts, and Health Workers, Prepared M&E plans, Frameworks, quarterly, and annual performance reports through continuous data analysis and interpretation of findings.
