The Senior Manager, Learning and Development plays a pivotal role in assisting our people advance their skills and knowledge and reinforce a culture of growth across the organization.
The job holder will be responsible for establishing design, development and delivery of our regional learning and development programs to ensure colleagues are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and behaviors to effectively meet our business strategy.

Reporting and Supervision:
The role reports to the VP, Human Resources. Reporting requirements include:
Attendance at weekly and/or management team meetings
Regular updates with your manager
Monthly submission of assigned reports
A monthly update on the status of your objectives/ deliverables and any other important areas of focus
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, are to:
Work as a thought leader with all functions on an on-going basis for effective assessments in organizational performance, culture, and team effectiveness, linking key business issues to organizational performance
Develop, maintain, and deliver the regional learning and development plan
Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Learning and Development activities across the Americas Regional Business Partnership
Engage with key stakeholders to identify and evaluate learning and development needs through formal and informal assessments and prioritize training plans
Identify competency and knowledge gaps through various assessment tools and assist in developing targeted training and employee development programs
Translate performance requirements into learning and development interventions that support the effectiveness of the individual and the organization
Operate a blended approach to learning across the business including e-learning, micro-learning, coaching, mentoring, virtual classrooms, classroom-based training events etc.
Provide inputs for designing training courses which cover a variety of pertinent subjects and amend the existing training materials as necessary
Identify, source, and manage relationship with quality external training suppliers to meet requirements outlined in training plans and coordinate training courses
Monitor training costs to ensure compliance to budget and prepare budget reports to monitor expenditures
Review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments
Timely communication & preparation of dashboards on training information & outcomes and evaluate effectiveness of training through analysis of feedback and assessments
Develop, maintain, and update skills and competency library
Assist the Director, Global Talent Management and Regional HR teams with the roll out and delivery of global initiatives
The role will be required to analyze and make sound recommendations to the VP, Human Resources and Director, Global Talent Management
You will also be expected to prioritize process improvement through innovative and cost-effective proposals/ideas/suggestions

Knowledge and proven application of best practice in learning approaches
Facilitating and coaching skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Proven success building credibility and operating with a high level in consulting, influencing and decision making
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong results/goal orientation
Experienced in training delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills (English)
Problem solving and intellectual curiosity
Ability to work well with and influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
Ability to excel within an ambiguous environment
Eagerness to pitch new ideas, take initiatives, and look for opportunities for continuous improvement
Proficient in MS word, excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Willingness to travel globally when the need arises
Superior knowledge in all areas of growth, learning and development, including training needs analysis and training design and delivery
