Qualifications and skills required: Academic degree in the field of environmental or civil engineering or equivalent. Complementary training in topics related to the contract.

General professional experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in preparing Terms of references / Work plans and carrying out studies or consultancies related to environment and water and sanitation. Experience in institutional strengthening/capacity development specifically in the development of sectoral policies and programs will be positively valued. Experience in Bolivia or Latin America will be positively valued.

Specific professional experience: Experience in the water and sanitation, environmental, water management and natural resources sectors.

Language skills: Fluent Spanish and good command of English.
