Name of Assignment: Feasibility Study for One Health 4 CAM

IQVIA is bidding for an Proposal opportunity brought out by KfW in Cambodia. 

The Project proposed here aims to establish first a sustainable OH architecture which will enable evidence-based decision (support); and second, will be suitable to effectively address the identified and prioritized trigger points to eventually combat AMR, EID and zoonotic disease—all of which will also strengthen the country’s readiness and resilience to prospective epi- and pandemics — to improve livelihood of Cambodians – including the changing climate nexus. We are looking for the below mentioned expert:

Team Leader (International):

• Relevant advanced university degree
• At least ten (10) years of relevant international professional experience
• Proven track record as team leader for the preparation of feasibility studies and/or design and conceptualization of donor financed development programs and projects, preferably in context of Integrated One Health, zoonotic disease and AMR; experience with the implementation of such projects; experience with data architecture and if possible the introduction of Evidence-based Decision Support
• Experience with the German Financial Cooperation
• Experience in the Project region, preferably in Cambodia
• Excellent command of the English language
