In the context of the "Consulting Services for Facility Implementation", AGRER is looking for a Team leader with the following skills and experience:
Master’s degree in Grant Management, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with at least 15 years of project-relevant experience
The Consultant’s team shall be headed by a Team Leader (Grant Management Expert) with intercontinental experience having the expertise to manage and coordinate the planning and implementation of a facility of the type and magnitude as intended under the Project. This includes provision of leadership and coordination of the experts involved in the implementation, but also expertise with the management of projects with a similar nature with complex selection processes and numerous stakeholders.
The Team Leader (Grant Management Expert) should be a qualified and highly experienced Project Manager with a university degree qualification in his/her respective profession. He/she should have not less than 15 years professional experience in similar projects, of which not less than 5 years should have been as a Project Manager or Team Leader. This experience should preferably include the management of four projects with similar nature (grant management) with comparable characteristics, and kind and size as described for this Programme. This should include experience in designing and implementing similar processes and procedures.
He / she should have a proven experience in Rwanda or the Region (Uganda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzanie, Kenya) and similar institutional set-ups.
