National Long-term Solid Waste Management Expert for the Governorate of Qena

North South Consultants Exchange (NSCE) is looking for a long-term solid waste management expert (assignment based in the Governorate of Qena, Egypt)

Duration: Ca. 2 years, full-time position

Requirements:

·       BSc degree in solid waste management or environmental management or environmental engineering or business administration

·       Proficient language skills in Arabic (level C2) and English (level B2)

·       8 years of professional experience in solid waste management in the past 12 years

·       4 years of professional experience in capacity building of municipal solid waste management operators in the past 8 years

·       8 years of work experience in Egypt

·       2 years of experience working on development cooperation projects

·       Located in the Government of Qena for the length of the assignment.

·       Ready to undertake work trips to other governorates in Egypt.
