Cat I Expert Team Leader: Cooperation expert:

General description of the position:

• Expert category: Cat. I (>12 years of experience)

Qualifications and skills required:

• At least one relevant university degree; or/and equivalent working experience of at least 12 years in the area of development cooperation.

General professional experience:

• Category I expert with a minimum of 12 years of general professional experience working in the area of development cooperation

Specific professional experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in the area of conflict/fragile countries.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with EU assignments.
• Relevant professional experience in Yemen will be considered an asset.

Language skills: Good command of English language: writing, speaking, listening and reading.
Number of working days: 330 days
