Tunisian Evaluator for an Evaluation in Food Security

North South Consultants Exchange (NSCE) is looking for an Evaluator with Tunisian citizenship for the evaluation of a food security program in Tunisia as part of a multidisciplinary and international evaluation team. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of evaluation experience in the development and humanitarian sectors and experience with data collection. 

Requirements:

·       Tunisian citizenship

·       A relevant master’s degree

·       Strong analytical and communication skills

·       Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection methods

·       Experience with food security, preferably in evaluation

·       Good knowledge of the Tunisian context, preferably experience with the Tunisian government and/or other Tunisian organizations

·       Good knowledge of gender, equity and wider inclusion issues

·       Fluency in Arabic and French and knowledge of English
