Senior Evaluator in Food Security with Experience in Tunisia/North Africa

North South Consultants Exchange (NSCE) is looking for an International Senior Evaluator for the evaluation of a food security country program in Tunisia.

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 12 years of experience in evaluation in the development and humanitarian sector

·       Prior work experience in Tunisia and/or North Africa

·       Willingness to travel to Tunisia

·       Experience evaluating resilience, livelihoods, food security, nutrition, and sustainable agriculture interventions

·       Knowledge of gender, equity, and wider inclusion issues

·       Familiarity with the operating structures of UN agencies

·       Oral and written fluency in English and French (deliverables will be in French)
