EUROPEAN PROFILES S.A. (GR) is looking for experts for the implementation of the following Framework Contract: Democracy, human rights, rule of law, gender equality and human rights based approach

Global objective

The global objective to which this action contributes is to support the preparation of Serbia's accession and increase the understanding of European Union policies and underpinning values by enhancing Serbian participation in Union Programmes

 

Specific objective(s)

The specific objective of this contract is to improve Union Programmes funds` absorption by further strengthening capacities of National Contact Points, relevant Government administration bodies, potential applicants and institutions for participation in Union Programmes.

Qualifications and skills

• Completed university studies of at least three (3) years, attested by a diploma in the field of social sciences, communication, public administration or equivalent, or in the absence of completed university studies 5 years of relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum requested general experience.

General professional experience

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in communication at programme/project level Proven experience on communication and visibility gained in at least 2 (two) EU-funded projects.

Proven experience of working on Union programmes gained in the EU-funded projects would be an asset.

Specific professional experience

• Minimum 3 (three) years of proven professional experience in capacity building of civil servants.
• Experience in at least 2 technical assistance EU-funded projects in areas covered by Union Programmes.
• Experience in providing training to potential applicants and/or beneficiaries of Union Programmes would be an asset.

Language skills of the team

• English proficiency, at least level C1, both written and oral
• Working knowledge of Serbian language will be considered as an asset
