This job role involves administrative support the implementation of a project in the in the Federated States of Micronesia.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assisting in engaging with local stakeholders.
- Planning and Logistics: Supporting the organization of workshops, meetings, and other activities related to the project.
- Meeting Organization: Helping with organizing meetings, taking minutes, and other relevant administrative duties.
Requirements:
- No specific educational or experience requirements, making it suitable for a national junior professional (or someone looking to gain experience in coordination and administrative tasks.
- Preferably with administrative experience and experience of working with NGOs, local communities and governement agencies in the FSM
- Familiarity with the social, cultural, and political context of the FSM to effectively engage local communities and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using office software for administrative tasks like managing emails, documents, and scheduling.
