Job description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of private sector and youth enterprise development projects.
• Oversee strategic planning, curriculum development, and integration of cross-cutting themes.
• Engage with partners, ensure alignment with multilateral development institutions, and manage project teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Development, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• Over ten (10) years of experience in private sector development and youth enterprise projects.
• Proven leadership in strategic planning and curriculum development.
• Experience in gender mainstreaming, climate finance, and adaptation policy.
• Familiarity with multilateral development institutions.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
