The Role

Are you a bilingual (French/English) evaluation or data science professional with health experience working across international and/or multicultural teams? Do you have a passion for leveraging data to drive impact for patients? Have you designed and implemented rigorous impact evaluations, utilizing a range of qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques and innovative, high-tech tools? If so, you may be our first Evaluation Manager and play an important role in a growing high-impact social justice organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, MEQI and working closely with multiple teams, you will have the opportunity to help leverage evaluation to drive impact and learning across our primary care interventions.

Integrate Health offers a competitive compensation package and a generous benefits package aligned to applicable law. The compensation range for this position will be between $85,000 and $100,000.

Your Contribution

Program Evaluation

Drive the effective execution of Integrate Health’s evaluation and assessment activities, from design to reporting, collaborating across teams.

  • Contribute technical expertise to evaluation design, data analysis, and reporting for performance and impact evaluations. Implement and monitor action plans for evaluations.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive quality assurance plan for all evaluation activities.
  • Coordinate technical inputs from stakeholders to harmonize methodologies and ensure cultural relevance.
  • Manage external evaluation consultants.
  • Contribute to, review, and edit evaluation language for internal and external communications purposes with the Partnership team.

Data Management

Maintain knowledge of all IH’s key performance indicators (KPI) and contribute to these KPI data collection and analysis processes.

  • Contribute technical expertise to analysis of financial and programmatic data to facilitate decision making.
  • Contribute to ongoing indicator harmonization and improvement efforts for programmatic KPIs, strategic KPIs, and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
  • Support data requests (from donors, external partners, internal terms, etc.), dashboard development, and analyses as needed.
  • Contribute to efforts to ensure IH stays up to date on MEQI frameworks, innovations, technology, tools, and best practices.

Team Reinforcement

Act as the evaluation expert and transfer knowledge and skills to teammates.

  • Strengthen staff capacities in data science and evaluation design, implementation, and reporting through training and mentoring.
  • Contribute to team documentation, strategy, and process improvement efforts.

What are we looking for?

  • Individuals who can bring new perspectives to the organization (recruiting for culture add rather than culture fit).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in evaluation and impact analyses, data science, rapid learning, A/B testing, and other methodologies.
  • Demonstrated training and experience with a range of evaluation and data science methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative approaches to data collection and analysis, and relevant software (ex. Excel, STATA, R, NVivo, Dedoose).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with a service-oriented approach; self-dependent.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities to clearly present evaluation results, facilitate the uptake of recommendations, and support strategic decision-making within international organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel 2-4x per year.

What will get us excited?

  • Experience in analyzing financial and programmatic data and/or costing exercises.
  • Experience in capacity building, coaching, and mentoring other team members.
  • Significant experience in managing evaluation projects within an international NGO environment, with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure the quality and relevance of deliverables in often sensitive and multicultural contexts.
  • Self-directed and able to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.

Education

Bachelor's Degree. Advanced degrees in statistics, engineering, computer science, epidemiology, public health, or related fields are preferred.

Languages

At least B2 proficiency in French and English; fluency preferred.

Hiring Process
