Team Leader/ Civil Design Engineer

a. Lead the detailed design and supervision team.
b. Ensure all deliverables are prepared in accordance with quality and time constraints.
c. Administer and supervise site investigation and design and documentation activities for civil works contracts.
d. Identify appropriate new construction and rehabilitation design codes and standards.
e. Based on the findings of the initial environmental examination, incorporate the EMP in designs to mitigate adverse environmental impacts including those to be
encountered during construction.
f. Ensure that deliverables comply with relevant technical requirements and ADB regulations.
g. Administer and supervise site investigation and design and documentation activities for civil works contract.
h. Develop specifications for gender-responsive climate change resilient designs and construction in collaboration with the PMU.
i. Ensure designs incorporate innovative features that will be subject to impact evaluation.
j. Provide information to, and meet with, the impact evaluation firm.
