Egypt-based team leader for the evaluation of an awareness campaign

North South Consultants Exchange (NSCE) is looking for an evaluator based in Egypt for the evaluation of an awareness campaign. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of evaluation experience in the development and humanitarian sectors.

Requirements:

·       Based in Egypt

·       Working experience in Egypt or the MENA region and strong understanding of the local socio-political and cultural context

·       An advanced degree in social sciences, public policy, or related field

·       Experience in the evaluations of large-scale national or regional awareness campaigns, particularly in the fields of migration, human rights, or social development

·       Experience with media assessments

·       Experience leading mixed methods evaluations (FGD, KII, surveys) following the OECD/DAC evaluation criteria

·       Fluency in Arabic and English.

·       Experience with UN agencies is a plus
