Leachate Treatment Specialist

National Engineering Corporation invites qualified and experienced Leachate Treatment Specialist to join our project team for the following World Bank–funded assignment:

Project: Consulting Services for the Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of the Providence Landfill Upgrade, Capacity Expansion, and Closure

Location: Mahe, Seychelles

Duration: 36 Months (7 months for Detailed Design, 12 months for Construction Supervision, and 12 months for Post-Construction Supervision)

Eligibility: These positions are open to Seychelles Nationals only

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise for rehabilitation and upgrade of the Leachate Treatment Plant (LTP).
• Design treatment processes ensuring compliance with World Bank and national standards.
• Supervise construction, commissioning, and performance testing of treatment facilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Chemical/Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in wastewater/leachate treatment projects.
• Strong knowledge of biological and chemical treatment systems.
