About the Project

The aim of the project is strengthening competitiveness, regional integration, boosting investment and exports and diversifying the Angolan economy, this project will reinforce national capacities in the various fields as described by the expected outputs. This intervention intends to promote and increase inclusive and sustainable investment and trade that contribute to Angola’s green transition and contribute to sustainable economic diversification, sustainability of the local private sector and promotion of exports beyond oil.

Role description:

This expert will play a key role in supporting the interconnection of digital platforms linked to trade and investment, including their management, software development and IT training.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in related areas, preferably in the development and implementation of systems, e- Government, e- Trade, systems interoperability.
• Previous experience in technical assistant project and as a trainer would be a strong asset.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas.
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage. Master´s in the same areas would be an asset.
• Fluency in Portuguese (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1), oral and written.
