Required Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including at least 15 years in the water and wastewater sector.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager on similar assignments.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one comparable project in terms of scale and technical complexity, particularly pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants, or large utility infrastructure.
• Strong background in construction supervision, utilities infrastructure, and contract management.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budget control, and cost-benefit analysis.
Education
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or Hydraulic Engineering.
Languages
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Arabic is a strong asset.
