Lead and manage the LFA team to deliver high-quality oversight and reporting for Global Fund grants.
Oversee the design, management, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programmes.
Ensure effective engagement with stakeholders, donors, and international development agencies.
Coordinate multiple complex projects to achieve program objectives and timelines.
Candidate Profile:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., ACCA, CPA, etc.).
Extensive experience in the design, management, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programmes, particularly in HIV/AIDS, TB, and/or Malaria.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with donors and international development agencies, including substantial experience in West Africa.
Prior experience with the Global Fund and other major development programmes in multiple countries is highly desirable.
Proven track record in managing complex, multi-project environments to deliver results on time and within scope.
Exceptional interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior officials and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both English and French.
