Technical Proposal Writer

WEglobal is looking for a Technical Proposal Writer for international donor funded projects.

Technical Proposal Writer will support the Business Development Unit throughout the tender preparation process for EU and other national and international funds, helping WEglobal achieve its objectives and attain it's targeted position at international level.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or engineering. Master’s/PhD degrees will be considered as an asset.

· Familiarity with the tendering procedures of the European Commission and other IFIs (e.g. World Bank, UN agencies, FCDO ,etc.).

· Experience in drafting technical proposals for international tenders.

· Fluency in both oral and written communication in English;

· Strong research and writing skills

· Good communication and analytical skills;

· Ability to work with tight deadlines, often under pressure;

· Highly self-motivated to work in a challenging environment
