Deputy Team Leader-cum-Sr. Highway Engineer

We are pursuing an opportunity for 3 road sections in Bihar, to be delivered in 2 phases (Part A: Development and Pre-Construction Activities, Part B: Construction Activities) for 3 sections. The engagement scope involves

• Phase I: DPR Monitoring, Project Structuring, Financing, Transaction Support and Bid Process Management
• Phase II: Technical Advisory, Planning and Monitoring, Cost and Budget Control, Contract Administration and Claims Assessment/ Support, Disputes, etc.

We are looking for an expert with the following criteria:

• Graduation in Civil Engineering (Post-Graduation preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in related fields
• Experience of at least 5 years in Highway Development Projects on PPP in similar capacity
• Experience in successful development/ bidding and management of at least 2 Highway/ Bridge projects on PPP in similar capacity
